Windows 10: EVENT SOLITAIRE WORLD TOUR---TIMER ISSUE

How do you exit the EVENT SOLITAIRE WORLD TOUR game that you started but activated the timer without realizing it never stopped? I completed yesterday's 19 out of 20 games and when I finished #20 this morning it had added the 8 hours plus the 9 minutes it took me to complete game. THIS HAS BEEN A CONSTANT PROBLEM FOR THE LAST 3 MONTHS. Any ideas would be appreciated.

The advertisements that keep popping up whenever you try to play the World Tour event in Solitaire may be the main reason why the game itself freezes. To assist you better with this issue, kindly answer the questions below:

• Are you playing Solitaire from the Microsoft Solitaire Collection that came with your Windows 10?
• Is this happening when playing a normal game of Solitaire?
• Are you connected to the Internet while playing the World Tour event?

Microsoft Solitaire World Tour Event

I bought a new PC, and don't find the Solitaire World Tour Event in my Microsoft Solitaire Collection. I was able to login and confirm my same Premium account. I am comparing the old PC with the Solitaire World Tour Event and the new PC, windows 10.
I can't find my Solitaire World Tour Event. How do I get it loaded onto this new PC?

Already tried that. Also reloaded software. The Microsoft Solitaire Games all work Ok. It is only the World Tour event that has the problem and that only periodically.

I see that I am not the only one that is experiencing the problem.

Like every one else I play the first game press continue and then get the message to say that it is loading. Eventually the message stops and I get thrown out of the event. After that it just refuses to load.

I can still get into all the normal games at that time and the daily challenges still work. May I suggest that one of the world tour events platform has a coding error somewhere.
