    Critical error - Driverframeworks-Usermode with EventID 10110 and 10111

Five days ago I got a brand new PC and since the very first boot, my whole system was lagging. At random times with random lengths of lag with or without any applications running. Sometimes it would only lag for a few minutes after start-up. Sometimes it
would start lagging only after few hours and sometimes it would lag until I would try to restart it but my PC wouldn't actually restart instead it gets stuck on the ''Restarting...'' screen and after minutes of waiting, a blue-screen appears with Driver_power_state_failure
error. After that my PC would boot up again and basically the same problems repeat. I looked into my Event Viewer and after every single bluescreen there were these two critical errors:

Here are my system specifications and other equipment as well, in case of them being any useful information:

    GPU: MSI GeForce RTX 2060, 6GB GDDR6

    RAM: HyperX Predator RGB 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 4000

    OS: Windows 10 Pro

    SSD: Adata XPG Spectrix S40G RGB, M.2 - 512GB

    HDD: Seagate IronWolf, 3,5'' - 2TB

Headset: Razer Kraken Pro V2 Oval

Keyboard: Zalman ZM-K900MMonitor 1: HP Omen - LED monitor 25''

    Monitor 2: ASUS VP247H - LED monitor 24''

In those 5 days that I have this PC, I've googled a lot and I've tried completely reinstalling my OS. I've checked Device Manager multiple times for incompatible drivers which there never were any. I made sure my OS was updated and other software from AMD,
Ryzer, Nvidia etc... were up to date. I've even run Windows Memory Diagnostic and other types of debugging that I can't even remember anymore with no results. So now I'm asking the community for any solutions on how to fix this problem or will I just need
to send it to repair? Is it perhaps because of damaged hardware?

Enabling event viewer log remotely or over GPO

I am working on a project which requires me to enable one Event Log in the event viewer on Windows 10. When I did that manually everything works just fine. I cannot find a way to do that for multiple computers in the OU or the entire domain. I need to
enable the following log Application and Services\Microsoft-Windows-DriverFrameworks-UserMode-Operational in order to detect USB drive insertion. This log is disabled by default in Windows 10. Is there a way to enable it on multiple computers or do I need
to do that manually on every computer.

  4. Event Viewer - driverframeworks-usermode = freeze my pc

windows 10 makes a connection noise every time I turn it on

    I'm trying the steps from
    techrepublic
    .

Enabling the Event Viewer logging of

    Application and Service Logs > Microsoft > Windows > DriverFrameworks-UserMode > Operational

And creating a custom view for events 2003 and 2102, and also a custom view for all events.
