Windows 10: Event viewer error, The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local...

Hello, my PC has been constantly crashing, and after looking through event viewer, I have noticed that this error message pops up on most of the errors,


The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID

{2593F8B9-4EAF-457C-B68A-50F6B8EA6B54}

and APPID

{15C20B67-12E7-4BB6-92BB-7AFF07997402}

to the user DESKTOP-MFMBMJH\Adam SID S-1-5-21-301617261-2080512979-229145813-1001 from address LocalHost Using LRPC running in the application container Unavailable SID Unavailable. This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.

• Which version of Windows 10 is installed on the system?
  
• Is the system connected to a domain network?
  
• Have you logged in to the system as admin?
• When exactly do you get this error message? Is on the Event viewer logs? If yes, what is the Event viewer ID?
• Are you facing any issue with the system?

Cortana Flooding Event Viewer with Application specific Permission error (DistributedCOM, event 10016)

After updating the PC from windows 8.1 pro 64bit to windows 10 pro 64bit, my event viewer is full of the following error.

The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID

{C2F03A33-21F5-47FA-B4BB-156362A2F239}

and APPID

{316CDED5-E4AE-4B15-9113-7055D84DCC97}

to the user pc1\user1 SID (S-1-5-21-3690531345-1343949285-1724349385-1001) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application container Microsoft.Windows.Cortana_1.4.8.176_neutral_neutral_cw5n1h2txyewy SID (S-1-15-2-1861897761-1695161497-2927542615-642690995-327840285-2659745135-2630312742).
This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.

This error happens at random times and there are anywhere between 2 to 10 entries at event viewer (each happening at exact same time). Component causing the error is immersive shell (APPID- 316CDED5-E4AE-4B15-9113-7055D84DCC97 )

In previous windows versions, security permission issues can be fixed by granting users or groups the required permission through comportment services. However this method no longer works in win10 (at least not for this issue), although I granted the required
permission, error persists.

Although this error does not cause any noticeable performance or stability lost, I don't like to see 10 entries of a single error at event viewer.
