Windows 10: Evertime i put the command to get windows store back it shows this how do i fix.

this is what it shows when i run this command Get-AppXPackage *WindowsStore* -AllUsers Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$$_.InstallLocation\AppXManifest.xml"}

Store not showing images and text
