Every time I print, it prints an old document that is saved in Document on Disk. I have to deselect the Document on Disk setting in Advanced Setting before I print. How do I disable this setting?

Hi Prosper,

Thank you for your response. I followed your steps but the "keep printed documents" is already unchecked. When I click print and I click on the advanced tap the Document on Disk is selected and it has a pathway to the document that keeps printing. When I uncheck Document on Disk it prints my intended document. Are you able to help me have the Document on Disk remain unchecked permanently?

MY PRINTER WILL NOT PRINT A SAVED DOCUMENT. IT WILL PRINT A TEST PAGE OR A SCANNED DOCUMENT HOWEVER. IT WILL PRINT THE HEADER OR TITLE BUT NOT THE REST OF THE PAGE. I HAVE NEW INK AND HAVE DONE ALL THE MAINTENANCE. ANY SUGGESTIONS?
