Windows 10: Everything leads to an error (windows 10 inaccessible boot device bsod)

So one day i was updating my laptop, but i removed the battery a long time back since i barely even move it. I think someone must of disconnected my power cable in the middle of the update which lead to an inaccessible boot device blue screen. I have tried almost everything like restore health, check health, system restore etc. Safe mode doesn't even work, it just leads to the same blue screen. I tried every system restore point but all of them leads to a 0x8007007e error code and the source says %ProgramFiles%\WindowsApps, with the destination being AppxStaging. system restore doesn't work as it says undoing changes and there was a problem reseting your pc, what do I do know? Please someone help.

Windows BSOD - Inaccessible Boot Device

Ever since December after a windows update, any time I re-boot I get a BSOD - Inaccessible Boot Device, and have to go back to a restore point. Currently my update log shows KB4054517 failed (0x80070643 on 12/12/17, Cum update on 1/5/18 filed then succeeded,
and all future updates through Cum update KB4056887 on Jan 19th succeeded. Windows runs fine with no errors, but having had to go back to a restore point 6 times in the past 6 weeks, if I reboot I will get the same BSOD and have to restore again. Any suggestions
on how to fix the inaccessible boot device error I keep getting??
