    EVERYTHING LOST WITHOUT A REASON


    Hello, my name is manuel.


    i have a serious problem in my laptop in the office.


    I am self employed.

    The story is real and is exactly the following:

    I turned off my laptop Thursday February 27th afternoon and I went on 5 day break.


    I returned to the office today March 3rd, and I switched on my laptop.

    - I have windows 10. -

    Switching it on, firstly it was not accepting my password it was saying that cannot load windows, and after trying few times, it got in.

    It took more that 3 minutes to open, and finally it appeared in a totally new surface, completely empty without any files and documents from before.
    It appeared ike a new laptop , like I just bought it... completely crazy.
    Why is that? Why this happened for no reason ??

    How can i restore the laptop or , 'transfer' it to an older date??

    Regarding your issue with contact list that is lost in Windows live mail, we suggest to check this thread:

    Contacts list disappeared from Windows Live Mail    . Look for MikeSTL and ¡Firedog answers. It contains troubleshooting steps pertaining to the issue.
