  1. Everything on 1080p Monitor Enlarged

Alright so i'm not really sure what is happeneing with my new main monitor but ever since changing from my 4k Samsung to a 1080p 144hz 1ms monitor evrything is now enlarged. I've tried everything from Display settings to scaling to the Nvidia Control Panel as well as a system restore but all to no avail. I have figured out that it can't be either new monitors that i have purchased which the first one was the LG 27GN600-b when it first happened, and now im using the MSI Optix G27C5 and it's still happening to this one. The thing that weird is when i go back to my 4k Samsung it all looks fine. Another thing is that when i stream my screen to discord, other users watching it see my desktop just fine (looks like a normal 1080p montor with the correct scaling and nothing enlarged), but my display still shows everything way too big for a 1080p monitor.

    System Specifications:

    i7-9700k @ 5.0ghz

    32GB Corsair Veangance RGB PRO

    RTX 2080 Ti

As a side note I do have two other monitors to the left and right of my main display, those are mounted vertically and are 1080p and still look fine.

Any help at all would be greatly appreciated as i've been trying to figure this out for 2 days now.

    Best Regards,

  2. Dual Monitor Setup issues - 4k and 1080p combination

The issue is worse than it seems at first. I have a 4k display (200%) scaling and a 1080p display (100% scaling) and even office apps look blurry on the 1080p display. If I unplug the 4k display and reboot the problem goes away. I believe the problem is
present on all apps and is a system issue. It's been suggested that to get the 100% scaling everything on both monitors is generated at 200% and then the part on the 1080p display is downsampled to 100%, resulting in the poor quality.

As it is Windows 10 is almost unusable with a very different DPI dual monitor setup.
