Windows 10: Everything on the desktop is appering blurry

When I on the pc everything which is displayed on the pc is appearing blur. The screen is blur. Earlier it was not like this, suddenly the screen light began to change and it became more blur. Please give a quick suggestion what should I do. how to fix this problem

Monitor is a bit blurry

I just built a new gaming rig and am using an XFX 6950 and an ASUS 23.6" monitor. On some pages, I notice some fonts are a bit blurry and strain my eyes. Any idea how I can fix this? I am using windows 7, so please make the steps work for that. Thanks.

To resolve your issue with flickering desktop, we suggest that you update your display drivers with the steps listed below:

• Right-click Start, then select Device Manager.
• Expand Display Adapters to find the name of your device.
• Right-click the device and select Update Driver Software.
• Follow steps to update display drivers.
