Windows 10: Everytime I restart it takes an hour or two to boot into Windows Login.

I have reinstalled Windows 12 times now. The whole problem started when after update i forced "shut" a program called "G" which was preventing it from restarting. But Never mind, I completely wiped out my previous version of Windows 10 Pro to reinstall "FRESH" into my Crive which is an SSD.


Here is the loop I am stuck at:


1) Reinstall Windows 10 Pro.

2) Install your Usual programs.

3) Update Windows and Graphics Card (GTX 1060).

4) Wait a couple of days( The maximum was 5 days) , and then when i restart, its just BLACK SCREEN.

5) After waiting for an hour or two, the login appears, Everything is working fine, except the Internet Connection is shut off( I had to troubleshoot it to work, The Windows Task bar doesnt work , I had to use (C:\Windows\system32\ctfmon.exe) command in Command Prompt to make it work, Edge Web browser doesn't work, Microsoft Store doesnt work.


I typically now goto Step1, but i am tired of it. I dont shut down my Laptop Anymore or restart it and unfortunately when i do , i face problems mentioned in Step 5.


NOTE: Eveything works fine apart from the problems i mentioned in Step 5, Games work great, everything is buttery smooth. BUT PLEASE HELP, I DONT WANT TO WAIT FOR 2 HOURS TO FREAKING LOGIN EVERYTIME I RESTART OR SHUT DOWN.

I am sad.After 6 months the problem has started again.
My PC restarts.
My motherboard is Asus P8Z77-V Deluxe
i7 3770K

Checked with 256 GB Samsung SSD and 500GB Samsung SATA drive, same issue PC restarts.

Does not even reach to Windows login Screen;immediately restarts


Please suggest.
