Windows 10: Everytime I restart my PC all accounts logoff

I think the title is self-explanatory. When I restart my PC, everything I sign in loggout by itself, even 3 party programs logs me out everytime. My Windows 10 its on 2004 build and 19041.329 version.

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

 

Windows 10 account named TEST is being made everytime I restart the computer

Hi Microsoft,

I've noticed that since yesterday, and account named TEST is being created alongside my own account when I turn on my computer.

I can remove the account, but it comes back everytime I turn on the computer or restart.

TEST is listed as a password-protected Administrator. I can change their password and log in, but it just shows up as if it was any old account.

PLease help, I want to get rid of this for good!

My pc takes for ever to shut down when i restart

Suggest cleaning up your startup list .There may be many services / Apps you can remove on startup which is not needed on boot or during shutdown.
Before you shutdown the Pc check what is running in Task Manager as a program or service in not killing the process on shutdown

Would suggest cleaning up running apps and services -Autoruns, StartupMonitor,HighjackThis,
Malware Scan - Malwarebytes,ADWcleaner, Combofix
