Windows 10: Everytime I turn on my computer I get blue screened and I when I try start up safe mode the...

So I was just playing World of Warcraft when the game suddenly crashed. I started it up again but then the same thing happened. All of a sudden my PC just crashed all together and when I tried to restart it the start up screen looked all broken then just went black while the computer was still on.

Ive tried all sorts of things then decided to start up safe mode then do a system restore, restoring it to how it was about 9 days ago. I left it for a while and when I got back the screen was all chopped again so I restarted my computer. It was after this that I started to get the blue screen but this time I cannot start up safe mode because when I try the same blue screen pops up. It says I cant system restore, and when I try to reset the computer while keeping all my files it just says I cant and redirects me back to the blue screen troubleshoot window.

Step 1: Initially, I suggest you to start your computer in safe mode with Networking and check if the issue appears there as well. If it does not appear in safe mode with Networking place the computer in clean
boot state to identify the culprit program running in the background creating this error.



Safe Mode is a diagnostic mode that starts your computer in a limited state. Only the basic files and drivers necessary to run Windows are started.
