Windows 10: Everytime when I open ROBLOX on my pc, it freezes my screen completely. How do I fix it?

A little information about my PC:OS Name: Microsoft Windows 10 Home Version: 10.0.19045 Build 19045 OS Manufacturer: Microsoft Corporation System Model: XPS 8910 Installed Physical Memory RAM: 8.00 GB ROBLOX worked just fine until a few months ago, whenever I open ROBLOX on my PC, it freezes my entire screen completely. I tried pretty much everything, I updated my graphic drivers, closed my firewall, uninstalled the game, and reinstalled it. Nothing works, what should I do?

To fix Roblox freezing issues on your PC, you can try the following solutions:



Update your graphics drivers: You can update your graphics drivers manually by visiting the manufacturer’s website and downloading the latest version for your device. Alternatively, you can use a driver updater tool to automatically scan and update your drivers.

Close all the unwanted applications: You can close any apps running in the background that are not essential for your gameplay. This will free up some system resources and improve your performance.



Disable your antivirus software: Sometimes, antivirus software can interfere with Roblox and cause it to freeze or crash. You can temporarily disable your antivirus software or add Roblox to its whitelist or exception list.

Disclaimer: Follow these steps to temporarily turn off real-time Microsoft Defender antivirus protection in Windows Security. However, keep in mind that if you do so, your device may be vulnerable to threats. So please turn on it immediately once issue fixed.

Change your graphics quality: You can reduce the graphics quality of Roblox to make it run faster and smoother on your PC. To do this, open Roblox settings, select Graphics Mode, set it to Manual, and drag the slider to the left.

Roblox is giving me blue screen of death everytime i open it

Soo when i open roblox it gives me blue screen of death with the message: irql_not_less_or_equal does anyone here know how to fix it please?
