Discus and support Excel will not use Thunderbird to email spreadsheet on Windows 10 Pro in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; My lady friend wants an idiot proof system (if there is such a thing), one aspect of which is to email an Excel sprreadsheet to a group of fundraising...     Excel will not use Thunderbird to email spreadsheet on Windows 10 Pro


    My lady friend wants an idiot proof system (if there is such a thing), one aspect of which is to email an Excel sprreadsheet to a group of fundraising friends.
    From my own PC running Win 7 I can do this by the 'usual' method of Alt+F+d and it will email using Thunderbird.

    On her Windows 10 Pro laptop the email option is not there ony a fax option.

    I have set Win 10 default email app to Thunderbird but no joy.

    Any suggestions?

    Working with Excel spreadsheets in OneNote Windows 10

    Windows 8 and OneNote 2016 have some good features when working with Excel Spreadsheets. e.g. In OneNote 2016 there is a Microsoft Excel button that allows new or existing Excel spreadsheets to be opened and edited. Once opened there is an edit button in
    upper left corner of the spreadsheet. When clicked. Excel opens and one can add data and edit the spreadsheet. Then when you quit Excel the new changes to the spreadsheet appear in the OneNote version of the spreadsheet. Very neat!

    I don't find any way to edit spreadsheets in OneNote for Windows 10. In fact I find no good way to work well with Excel and OneNote. I find I can open a Excel spread sheet in OneNote.

    What am I doing wrong?

    We are trying to print labels in word from a spreadsheet in Excel. We have tried copying the spreadsheet to a recipient list but can not get it to work. Is there a way to import the spreadsheet and not retype the information?

    For your Mail settings with Thunderbird, we suggest you to get in touch with Thunderbird to get the correct information to set up your email. You can refer to this article:

    for steps on how you can set up your email once you have the settings information for Thunderbird.
