Windows 10: Exception calling "Load" with "1" arguments after Windows 11 update

Immediately after I updated to Windows 11 I started getting the following error:Exception calling "Load" with "1" arguments: "Could not load file or assembly '2558120 bytes loaded from Anonymously Hosted DynamicMethods Assembly, Version=0.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. Well that's why I asked. Mine is on SSD and takes 11 seconds. Your list of games will not appear if it has not checkd for updated suggested settings for awhile until it checks.

When it says it is refreshing the game list, it is checking, because NVIDIA periodically updates suggested settings. Plus it will look for those for new games you have installed.

So, the less it is run, the slower it will be.

 

Windows Defender - Exception calling "DownloadFile" with 2 argument(s)

I've recently experienced something very weird with my laptop. I am running the free version of Windows 10, but suddenly when Windows starts also Windows Defender shows as a command prompt window and it is showing something like this:

Exception calling "DownloadFile" with 2 argument(s): Unable to connect to the remote server"

Due to this, I am unable to play videos and see pages with style, with a few exceptions: YouTube, CNN...

Netflix and Facebook, for example, they are showing as No Page Style.

I am not sure if the issue above is related to the browsers' one, but I could really use your help!
