Windows 10: Exception caught message on startup Windows 10

I am getting a message on startup on Windows 10:


"Exception caught


There was an unhandled exception during this operation was are sorry for any inconvenience"


Do any risks exist? Ids there a simple fix?

Can't get GPU-Z to start with Windows 8.1 startup

I'm not sure how to do that. Could you list the steps for a noob?

I suggest you to place the computer in Safe Mode with networking and check if the issue persists.
