Windows 10: exe error

hi i want to install some .exe programs but my pc shows "operation did not complete successfuly because the file contains virus or potentially unwanted software" but i sure these files are completely fine . and this programs worked in another pc. and my antiviruses are off

Windows 10 Anniversary update error code 0x80004005

I've followed the steps (skipped step 4), but I found some problems with step 6. I got an error message each time I executed the following commands:

• regsvr32.exe gpkcsp.dll
• regsvr32.exe sccbase.dll
• regsvr32.exe slbcsp.dll
• regsvr32.exe initpki.dll
• regsvr32.exe wuaueng.dll
• regsvr32.exe wuaueng1.dll
• regsvr32.exe wucltui.dll
• regsvr32.exe wuweb.dll
• regsvr32.exe qmgr.dll
• regsvr32.exe qmgrprxy.dll
• regsvr32.exe wucltux.dll
• regsvr32.exe muweb.dll
• regsvr32.exe wuwebv.dll

I ignored them and finished the steps, tried to install the Anniversary Update, but it failed again.

Some .exe files files show Application error 0xe00000e5
