Windows 10: Execution of the windows script host failed {access is denied}

Hi i've looked online but can't find an answer to this i have a popup on startup and it just doesn't stop popping up. the message is ' Execution of the windows script host failed {access is denied} i've run virus scans and altered the registry changing the vbs file as described online but to no avail. anyone had the same message i've seen online 'disabled ' but not access denied

windows script host access is disabled on this machine ,then i found this tutorial below :
Enable, disable Windows Script Host
To enable or disable Windows Script Host, type regedit.exe in Run box and hit Enter to open the Registry Editor.

Navigate to the following key:

 

Windows Script Host access is disabled

I tried but it fails, its keep on displaying the same dialog box that windows script host access is disabled
