Expand window to monitor height with stacked monitors?

Ever since I have a second monitor on top of my main monitor, I haven't been able to expand a window vertically to the monitor's height by double click on the top/bottom edge of a window. Now it only expands the top part of a window when I double click either the top or the bottom on the bottom monitor. On the top monitor, it'll expand vertically to the bottom one as well. Is there a setting I have to change or is it just windows being windows? Windows 10 64-bit 20H2 19042.928

    :)

  2. Scroll mouse up and down on stacked monitor setup

    Hello,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

I understand that you want to move the mouse up and down between a stacked dual monitor setup, you can follow the steps mentioned below and change the mouse scrolling settings.

    1. Go to Settings > System >
      Display.
    2. Now under Select and rearrange displays click and hold the
      monitor 1.
    3. Now move it above the monitor 2 and adjust accordingly.
    4. Click on Apply and close settings.

After changing the settings you will be able to scroll up and down on the stacked monitor setup.

    Hope it helps.

  3. Adding a second monitor and selecting expanded mode

Have attempted to add a second monitor via vga switch cable. Both Monitors respond but can not switch to expanded mode. When click display settings the expand option does not come up in the multi display listing. When press detect only one monitor
is detected. Are there options for connection that will allow expand mode for two displays under windows 10?
