Since the last update I've been having issues with Windows clipping the top portion of my windows. I have a 27" 1440p mointor as my main display and another 24" 1080p to my right. I drag Chrome to fill both screens, however after drag expanding it onto the 1080p monitor it's clipped, meaning I cant see the tabs that I have open..

Here is a picture of what I mean, due note that you can't see URL, tabs, etc... in Chrome on the right screen (24" 1080p). This happens not just with Chrome but with every application I drag expand onto my second screen. This has only started happening since the Feb 11th update, otherwise it worked great before. Pretty hard to work with only one monitor, coding sucks now.

    Any ideas?
