Windows 10: Expiring License Notice Windows 10

I keep getting pop ups that my Windows 10 license will soon expire. I didn't install it originally so don't have the original activation key to enter; however, when I go to the Activation setting, it tells me it is activated. I'm confused. Should I purchase a digital activation key to continue using Windows 10 or is there another solution to this issue?

The vendor installed a non-genuine license. Windows 10 Enterprise is only for large organizations that install Windows 10 in bulk to hundreds or thousands of computers. It is not for individual use.
