Windows 10: Explorer acting very wierd, "This PC" doesn't want to even load

Discus and support Explorer acting very wierd, "This PC" doesn't want to even load in Windows 10 Support to solve the problem; As the title suggests, I am having a wierd problem with the Windows Explorer.     Explorer acting very wierd, "This PC" doesn't want to even load


    As the title suggests, I am having a wierd problem with the Windows Explorer.
    It worked perfectly fine last night or so, and it seems that it doesn't want to load "This PC" at all.
    Sometimes it loads partly sometimes not at all.
    I have tried running sfc /scannow and it fails to repair one file called "opencl.dll"
    Went into Safe Mode and it works perfectly fine there.

    Some days ago on page
    http://ea.mobile.nokia.com/content/spin/ea/6120c/en/theme/index.xhtml     or in phone (nokia 6120c) themes/general/download themes/ was very cool theme (light cream white, black fonts) " Nokia Simple ", now its dissapear from this site. Where i can get it?
    or maybe somebody has it and could send to me.
