Windows 10: Explorer.exe: Class not registered.

I am using windows 10 version 1803.

Today when I open any Windows Store Trusted App like Settings, Mail, Store, Edge... it's show a box: Explorer.exe Class not registered.

I cannot open start, cortana, taskview almost nofication icons are freeze. I can only use the desktop app that I have pin on taskbar or desktop.

Anyone can help me?

class not registered error in Windows 10

Hi when I started my Acer laptop this morning I get the message explore. exe. Class not registered. The only tab on the taskbar that works is File Explorer. Any ideas?
