Windows 10: explorer right click

I do not get a format option when I right click on CD driveDiskmanager, however, does have a format optionScandisk and DISM both run without finding any problemsc: cd \Windows/System32 Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup pause Dism /online /cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth Pause sfc /scannow Pause

mouse right click will not open my file explorer in taskbar

• What happens when you left clicking?
• When you say right click, do you actually mean left click?
• Which all troubleshooting steps have you already tried to resolve this issue?

Left clicking with mouse will open File explorer or any other programs. Whereas right click will give you context menu.

I suggest you to right-click on the File Explorer
on the task bar and select Unpin from Taskbar. Now in the search bar type
File Explorer and right click on it and select Pin it to Taskbar
and check if it helps.

This issue may have occurred due to a software conflict. We suggest that you follow the steps below on how to refresh the Windows Explorer to correct this issue:

• While your Windows Explorer is open, right click on the Windows icon
  and select Task Manager.
• On the task Manager window, under the Processes tab, look for
  Windows Explorer.
• Highlight Windows Explorer and click Restart at the bottom right corner of the Task Manager window.
• The Windows Explorer will close automatically. Close the Task Manager. Open the Windows Explorer and check if the issue is gone.
