Windows 10: explorer windows merge/bleed into each other

Discus and support explorer windows merge/bleed into each other in Windows 10 Support to solve the problem; so when I open an excel, SAP, Outlook and other programs, the usually sort of 'bleed' into each other and get stuck that way.     so when I open an excel, SAP, Outlook and other programs, the usually sort of 'bleed' into each other and get stuck that way. Killing explorer sometimes work but mostly only a restart will solve this... Tried updating drivers, BIOS, re-image the system... Nothing seems to help.

    My Contacts are linking/merging with each others

    I am not a new user nor my windows phone , I am using the same windows phone ( Nokia Lumia 822 ) more than 3 years, same way of syncing contacts with google from more than 3 year, there was no problem in my phone before 10 days or less, the problem arrived
    recently, but i don't know exactly when,

    • Which operating system (OS) build are you using? To check, go to Settings
      > About > More info.
    • What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
    • Are you receiving any error messages?

    Noted you work in an IT company.
    Are you speaking of an effect you see on just one PC or a number of PCs configured similarly?

    Please advise your Windows build
    (Win key + R, winver)

    Please go through the following basic steps.
    1. Does this happen in Safe Mode?
    If not, could be program conflict or a graphics driver issue.
    If so, try a clean boot and check again.

    2. If it does happen in Safe Mode, try creating a new user for test purposes.
    Does it happen then?

    3. If it happens in a new user account, that indicates you need to repair Windows.
    Start with
    From an admin command prompt
    [Windows key + X, click command prompt (admin)]
    chkdsk C: /F
    Your PC will need to restart.
    Post back the result, which you can get after a restart as follows:
    How do I see the results of a CHKDSK that ran on boot? - Ask Leo!
    Make sure the result is clear or fixed- else do not proceed.

    Then at an admin prompt
    SFC /SCANNOW
    and report the result.
