Windows 10: External drive icons

I have custom photos or ico files for external drives using windows 10- how can I make the photo fill the entire border of the icon ?

• Type “Troubleshooting” in the Search bar and press Enter.

• Type the name of the file you want to search on the search box and click Enter.

The file will show up in Search Results and you will be able to move it to the correct folder.
