  1. Extremely slow printing to PDF

I have a rather large Excel file (over 450 sheets). With Windows 7, I used to be able to Save as PDF, the save took about 10 minutes. I have recently updated to Windows 10 (I have version 1909) and the same save takes hours (over 6 or 7 hours). The time grows exponentially as the number of sheets increases.

I have tried to Print to a PDF printer. Microsoft Print to PDF gives an unknown error. Thru Windows Features, I have removed it, rebooted, put it on again, rebooted but when I try to install it (many forums explain in details) the Microsoft Print to PDF, it doesn't appear in the list of possible drivers.

I have tried to print to Adobe PDF, Foxit to PDF but the result is the same. Infinite delay.

I have 16 GB RAM, an i7 processor... what can I do to improve this or simply to go back to the time I obtained with Windows 7. Is it a matter of spooler space ? or what else ?

    Thank you

    :)

Print to PDF missing in Printer List

Thanks for your help. I was browsing the web the other day and I found a page called FINAL DRAFT. They had a set of instructions for reinstalling the Microsoft Print to PDF utility that worked great for me. Problem solved.
