  1. Eyesight issues with Windows 10

    Hi everybody,

as I finally saw that I am not the only one having this issue, I am opening this thread hoping to reach Microsoft and maybe have a fix sooner or later.

If you reading had the same issue, please comment.

Since I upgrade first time to Windows 10 years ago, I've started to have eyesight issue I have no previous eye issues of any kind, perfect vision. The screen seems blurry, and "un-focus" the eyesight to the point that when you look away you need some moment for the blurry vision to go away.

I have already tried everything suggested everywhere, I mean it. And as I travel to lots of different offices for work I have now experimented this issue on countless different monitors, every one of them on each every time trying to change settings, using the clear characters tool, etc.

Having to work on pc all the time for me this is starting to be a really huge issue, and I am noticing a loss in my eyesight now also when I am not at the pc I guess when you force your eyesight, seeing blurry, for 10+ hours a day for years at some point has its consequences.

I think a lot of people didn't noticed or simply thought it was their eyesight starting to fail. But what would happen if Windows 10 is proven to be the cause of sight loss of countless users? Older Windows did not have this issue, so I think it should be fixable. Please do something about it.

    :)

    Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK

  3. New install Windows 10 (issue solved)

It's good that you're not experiencing any issues. Unfortunately many folks are, a quick Google search will show the same info im offering the OP.

    Heres a couple examples:

    Here

    Here

It's basically what I mentioned above, small issues here and there ,but nothing to end your day.. for the most part.

I know it's anecdotal, but for my experience 95% of the time it's perfectly fine. The issues I've run into wouldn't be enough for me to roll back , but they would be enough (had I not installed it yet) ,to avoid it for another couple weeks which is why I'm suggesting it to the OP
