Windows 10: F5 and Ctrl D not working

This is a super specific problem that I feel like something is wrong. Also all the other F keys are working. And F Lock is not on. But here is everything I have tried so far:Updated/ Reinstalled DriversTried another Keyboard, same thing happenedTurned off Sticky Keys, Game Mode, Filter KeysSet human Interface Device Services to automaticAnd then restarted the computer after all of this which I need to also add when I restart the computer they work for a little while and then they stop working again, have restarted a few times that is how I know this. And this is a new Window 11 computer.This

Both CTRL keys not working

• Did you make any changes in your computer prior to this issue?

Follow the steps below and check if that helps.

Method 1: To check if Ctrl keys work in Onscreen keyboard.

• Press Windows Key + R and type osk and hit Enter.

Try using Ctrl keys and check if that helps.

if you still face the issue, try Method 2.

Method 2: Run the Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with hardware and devices. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with the Bluetooth adapter. Refer these steps:

  Press Windows key + X, select
  Control panel.
  
• 
  Change the view by option on the top right to
  Large icons.
  
• 
  Click on troubleshooting and click on the
  view all option on the left panel.
  
• 
  Run the Hardware and devices troubleshooter.

Ctrl + D stopped working

In photoshop and Autodesk, both of which I use a LOT, the combination of Ctl+ D is vital. All of a sudden Ctl+ D just stopped working in both. I checked others, like Ctrl +S, etc., and they all worked fine, so I thought there was something wrong with my keyboard. I replaced that keyboard with a brand new one, and it worked fine for about three days, and now all of a sudden Ctl+ D doesn't work anymore!! I now know for an absolute fact that it's not a keyboard issue. Why so specific an issue?

 

F5 key suddenly not working

So.. I got a curios problem.

My F5 key doesn't work any more. Or does it?

I have a Logitech G910 Keyboard.

When hitting the key alone. Nothing happens. Neither LGS (Logitech Gaming Software - aka the driver software) nor Windows or any other program seem to notice.

But when using a key combination, the keystroke is noticed. For example in Firefox: Ctrl + F5 is working.

I tried the F5 on this keyboard on different devices and on all the others it seems to work just fine.

Does anyone know what can cause such problem?

I am currently on Windows 10 1809.
