    Facial recognition randomly doesn't work, but I can't logon with password either


    I'm on Windows 10 Enterprise version 1809. I have facial recognition enabled and 95% of the time it works perfectly.


    However, 5% of the time it doesn't recognize me for some reason and gives me the message of "couldn't recognize you". It also doesn't even give me the option to enter a PIN or password - the screen just sits on the "couldn't recognize you" screen.

    Is there some series of keys I can press to be able to bypass that message and logon with my password or PIN? My only resolution is to restart which is a pain in the ......

    There are a lot of factors why facial recognition is not working after an update. One factor is due to
    conflicting Group Policy setting. To help you resolve the issue, refer to this
    article and follow the instructions given.

    I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

    I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.
