Windows 10: Facing problem using computer...

When i try to change the sata cable between hard disk and dvd writer my pc is running in my mistake. Then everytime when i try to open my pc then uefi shell command is displayed. I can't cancel this programme. I try to set up windows but i can't find boot menu. Startup.nsh problem how to solve please help. I am able to using my pc to command exit in shell command programme. Please help me . How i cancel this programme and how i get boot menu.???

Run HDtune (free version) on you hard drive. but most likely that the problem. You can also test your memory with Memtest86 as suggested above
