Windows 10: Factory Reset on Asus Laptop stuck at 64%

I received an Asus laptop for christmas, but when I tried to used it I’d often get the bsod. I think it’s likely because of a driver from the drawing tablet I plugged in. I decided to factory reset it. It was going along fine but got stuck at 64. It usually goes from the Asus logo to a black screen, then back to the asus logo with “welcome” and a quick flash of the percentage the reset is on. It was at 64% at about 4 pm yesterday, it’s now 12:55 pm the following day and it’s still like that. Occasionally I’ll get a bsod and have to power it off and back on.

I have an asus rog laptop with windows 10 pre installed in ssd. I reset the laptop using a restore factory setting menu. While the windows installing it stuck at 64% and keep restarting

I have this exact issue at the moment. The factory reset is stuck at 64% and no, the answer given wasn't very helpful AT ALL. The screen is still stuck at 64%, what's the next step i should take? Should i manually force the PC to shut down and start it back
up? Urgent, thanks.
