Windows 10: Factory reset? or 'fractury' reset?

I tried to replace HDD in my 11 years old Samsung laptop model RC520 with a SSD. When putting back the HDD the coputer "freaked out" and apparently made a violent 'factory reset' to the original WIN7 operating system, overrunning and crushing most of my data and software, among them the update to WIN10 I made for free at the allowed time-window and my original OFFICE-2013 which has apparently totally evaporated. I used "Disk Drill" to retrieve data from this HDD but from most of the files found only fractures are left. My question: Do I need to buy new licences? or is there some chance that

*Bang Head :banghead:i have a dgm LTV-2261WCR 22" DVD combi which i use as my monitor and tv, however since the visit of the ex's brat ive found the child lock is active. i need to retune the tv, as losing freeview channels rapidly, can ne1 help me with a factory reset/override code?

You must use rommon to reset to factory settings, then erase startup-config.
