Windows 10: Factory reset stuck at 16%

    Factory reset stuck at 16%


    So I made a post a few hours ago asking for help with factory resetting my computer and I eventually found the answer but now I’ve hit a new roadblock. It’s stuck at 16%! I would normally write it off as the computer taking its time but it’s been like this for like 6 hours now. I’m letting it go overnight but I have no idea if it’ll keep going or if it’s just gonna get stuck there forever. What can I do? I’m afraid of doing anything because I don’t wanna corrupt my drive or anything. Any advice is greatly appreciated here.

    Stuck during factory reset.


    So the Factory reset has been stuck at 2% for the last 8 hours.

    Windows 10 computer Factory reset stuck at 64%

    Hello,

    I have this exact issue at the moment. The factory reset is stuck at 64% and no, the answer given wasn't very helpful AT ALL. The screen is still stuck at 64%, what's the next step i should take? Should i manually force the PC to shut down and start it back
    up? Urgent, thanks.
