Windows 10: Factory reset

Unfortunately we have forgotten the password of the computer (PC windows 10) and we do not have a Microsoft account associated with any of the profiles. In order to access the PC, therefore, it is necessary to restore it from the factory. For this I followed all the steps, solve problems, etc.
At first the problem arose that I needed an external storage device, so I connected a 1TB hard drive.
Now I find the problem that asks me to free space on the disk where windows is installed, but how do I do it if I can not access any profile?
In conclusion I would like to restore the computer from the factory (deleting all files, even personal ones)
If someone has an idea how to solve this last problem, or restore it in another way, will be great.

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it
