Windows 10: Factory Reset

Hey guys, I want to know that recently I have completely reset my pc. And after that took about 6 - 9 hours since it was a complete factory reset and after my timer aka the Microsoft Timer or the Clock has been reset and I have fixed it but applications like for example, Discord, Google Chrome, and other programs. So I am thinking about normally factory resetting mu PC for example just keep personal files and Delete apps and I want to know if I factory reset my pc like that, can I get my normal clock and program time zones back? If not is there a another way?

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it
