Windows 10: Fail to boot with error 0xc0000001

Hi,Short story and question:My windows 10 does not boot and fails to load winload.efi with error 0xc0000001.I'm quite sure that the file is valid and read from the right place in C:\Windows\System32\ because - Its timestamp matches the timestamp of the bootmgfw.efi in the EFI system partition Feb 9, 2022 - recent but the system was able to boot in the following days.- The filesystem is not corrupted previous shutdown was clean, chkdsk is good, files properties can be read; BTW, version is 10.0.19041.1503- I found a copy of the file in \Windows\System32\Boot and used it just in case the ori

Tried Andre Da Costa suggestion - at the end of the installation process comes the message "Inaccessible boot device" and it reloop again to try to boot.
