Windows 10: Fail to create a folder for Unity.

Hello, Before I ask my question I need to Say something. I don't Know if this Windows fault or Unity, Feel Free to Not Answer the question if this is not a windows Error. Also I send the Same Masse to Unity.

So I downloaded Unity Hub and tried to Create a Project. When It was Creating a Project a message pop up, It was the Image that's Down below. I picked the File from C: DriveLocal Drive>Program Files>Unity. I Have the Editor downloaded the 2020 Version and 2019 Version. My Computer has Enough Ram 8GB and Space 1 TB. I tried to Create the Project from Unity Hub. Any ways to fix this?

As an initial troubleshooting step I would suggest you to uninstall and reinstall Unity Web Player from Programs and features and check the status of the issue.

To uninstall programs, go to Settings.

• On the Start menu, then select Settings.
• Select System > Apps & features.
• Select the program, then select Uninstall. Some apps that are built in to Windows can’t be uninstalled.
  
• Follow the directions on the screen.

As you have clearly described that the issue is with Unity Web Player not with game or browser and Unity Web Player is not developed by Microsoft. I suggest you to contact
Unity Web Player Support. Thank you.

yes, it is safe to uninstall.

it is old and is no longer supported by unity (which might be why there are only out-dated answers)

go to settings -> apps -> Apps & Features

locate Unity Web Player in the list of apps

click on it then click the Uninstall button
