    Failed "Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1903 for x64-based Systems (KB4517389) -...


    I'm getting the same error message on 3 different windows 10 64 bit computers.

    I ran all the Microsoft troubleshooters but to no avail.


    I've checked all the services to make sure they are running and set to automatic.


    Everyone has fixes----but I need something definitive for all 3 of my computers.

    This update keeps failing for tha last couple of weeks. I have retried multiple times but it always fails and giving the same reason as below.

    Anyone else having problems getting the Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) installed? This update has been failing for me & doing a failed to update after downloading & reboot, then rebooting & removing the update.
