Hello, I'm trying to install the following update but I'm not getting anywhere.2023-09 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems KB5030301It try's and gets so far, sometimes 5% sometimes 15% but then crashes.I get the following messageWe couldn't install this update, but you can try again 0x80073701.Please can you help

Why does Windows update 2023-09 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5030310) fail to install when it's not for my co-workers? All other updates are downloaded and installed with no problem. I believe this is the Pre-CoPilot update that I have been waiting for. Install error Install error - 0x80070002.

I keep getting this while trying to download the update:

I've been trying to troubleshoot 2023-09 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5030310) failing to install for a few days. Tonight I discovered that it was successfully installed on 9/29. Update still wants to install it but it fails every time with error code 0x80070002.
