    I have this issue saying "Failed to create display. OpenGL version detected: 1.1.0" even i updated my Graphics Card driver to the latest

    IntelR CoreTM i3-2350M @ 2.30GHz

    Intel HD Graphics 3000 latest driver

    6 GB Ram
    Windows 10 Home Version 1909
