Windows 10: Failed to enter my Windows 10

Suddenly after sleep mode my notebook for the first time asked a password to enter W-10 despite this option was switched off. But I dont remember the password and the system dont accept my control questions. And the same time a can enter my microsoft account. What can I do in this situation but reinstall Windows?

I think there are three steps that remain; the WU troubleshooter, reset WU components, and manual WU reset.
