Windows 10: Failed to install 2021-02 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 2004 x64

Cannot install the update through Windows setting: get error 0x800f0831


Tried these See [0] for CBS.log and DISM.log:

1. scf /scannow finds no problem

2. dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth


This is not a new issue for my device, I couldn't install cumulative update for a few months already, thought Microsoft would have fixed the issue by now since I turned on optional diagnostic data

Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) will not install

Anyone else having problems getting the Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) installed? This update has been failing for me & doing a failed to update after downloading & reboot, then rebooting & removing the update.

V 10.0 build 10240

 

2018-02 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1709 for x64-based Systems (KB4074588) - Fails to install - Error 0x80240034

The 2018-02 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1709 for x64-based Systems (KB4074588) fails to complete installation. Error: 0x80240034. Any suggestion?

Maybe try with the Windows update mini-tool, found here http://www.techpowerup.com/forums/t...dows-10-automatic-updates-and-spyware.218745/ , thanks to Mussels. it installed perfectly for me last night.
