    After several months of no activity I decided to update my windows 10 laptop as it was diagnosed for hardware repair ; since it had windows 10 OS version 1809 and needed to perform motherboard repair. After repair I didn't use it for 2 yrs and came back just to find out it working fine except performance got slower due to older version of OS. Update recently picked up the newest version of windows stepped forward from the current version in PC. After failed attempt to install windows 10 version 1903 2 and 20H2 3 respectively it rolls back to the current version after a black screen pending

    We understand the inconvenience you have experienced.

    • Are you referring to Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 14267?
    • Which Intel drivers are you referring to?
    • Are you referring to Intel drivers deployed through Windows Updates?
    • Did you get any error message when they fail?

    From your description, I suspect that the problem might be due to unsuccessful installation of preview build caused this issue. Suggest you to check installing the build again to see if the same thing happens again. If you don't see the
    Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 14267
    update, then please check it after sometime. Refer this link

    Insider preview 18941.1001

    Having same issue here. Installed onto 3 Dell machines. Different models. two laptops, one PC. The PC upgraded to build Windows 10 Insider Preview 18941.1001 (rs_prerelease). The two laptops (Newer machines fail - Last failed install attempt on ‎7/‎22/‎2019
    - 0xc1900101.

    This has to be hardware related, possible driver issue?
