Windows 10: failed to install cumulative update for windows 10 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4457128)...

failed to install cumulative update for windows 10 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4457128) (50 times failed) but why? i already remove all my USB except my keyboard and mouse. i also done uninstalling avast antivirus. but seems my PC unable to install update several times. Really disturb all my works now. someone can help me please.

Anyone else having problems getting the Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) installed? This update has been failing for me & doing a failed to update after downloading & reboot, then rebooting & removing the update.

V 10.0 build 10240

Maybe try with the Windows update mini-tool, found here http://www.techpowerup.com/forums/t...dows-10-automatic-updates-and-spyware.218745/ , thanks to Mussels. it installed perfectly for me last night.

 

May and June Cumulative Updates Fail to Install

I receive the following message for both May KB4100403 and June KB4284835 2018 Cumulative Updates to Windows 10, version 1803 for x64-based systems:

Other updates such as definition updates for Windows Defender Antivirus download and install OK.

Any suggestions please?
