Windows 10: failed update on windows 11 and only appears a black screen

Discus and support failed update on windows 11 and only appears a black screen in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; i recently clicked on update and shut down button while shutting down the pc then it failed the download due to no Internet connection then it appeared...     failed update on windows 11 and only appears a black screen


    i recently clicked on update and shut down button while shutting down the pc then it failed the download due to no Internet connection then it appeared a black screen with a sign and only recycle bin and the cursor and I clicked windows + R - services and hide software options or whatever then disable all I don't really remember as I searched what was in the screen and that's what I found on Google again searched on Google and found about something like safe mode then I restarted it few times and put on safe mode now it's black background and in safe mode I don't know how to restore anything
