Windows 10: failed update on windows 11 and only appears a black screen

i recently clicked on update and shut down button while shutting down the pc then it failed the download due to no Internet connection then it appeared a black screen with a sign and only recycle bin and the cursor and I clicked windows + R - services and hide software options or whatever then disable all I don't really remember as I searched what was in the screen and that's what I found on Google again searched on Google and found about something like safe mode then I restarted it few times and put on safe mode now it's black background and in safe mode I don't know how to restore anything

The thread which u provided is when windows hang but in my case it doesn't hang it works fine but as u see in first picture icons,taskbar are displayed

To understand the issue better, I request you to answer few questions:

• Does black screen appear when you before user login’s or after user has logged in ?
  
• Does black screen appears when you lock your pc?

This problem occurs because of a change in the behavior of Win Logon and Logon UI. This change introduces the potential for the deadlock.

I would also suggest you to install all the updates available for the system and check if it helps.

Follow the Below steps:

• Type settings in the Search area on the taskbar and select Settings
• Select Update and Security.
• Click on Windows Update and select Check for Updates
