Failed Upgrades to Windows 10 Enterprise

I'm seeking help regarding the upgrades we have attempted at my company. We are trying to take Windows 7 Professional to Windows 10 Enterprise. We are using a WDS VBA script not created by me to start the upgrade. Roughly 1 out of 5 has worked. The others have all attempted to revert back to Windows 7 and generally left the computers unusable. At some point, I found Microsoft's SetupDiag.exe and have started running it on any failed machine. I'm posting the results below.

The script has been started as local administrator on each machine. We use our domain credentials within the script to gain access to the WDS server. The error codes seem to all be related to something in the recent folder for each profile.

What should we try, what could the issue be?

Windows 10 upgrade problem, no input accepted

I really hate having to come here and ask for help, but I really am stumped. It hurts my geek pride. I have a PC with fairly modern hardware in it. It has a p8p67 pro in it. I have tried upgrading windows 10 on it twice now. Both times I have had the same result.

After windows finishes upgrading it goes to the log in/set up screen. I can't do anything. No keyboard or mouse input is accepted.

I will list some, or hopefully all, of the troubleshooting steps I have tried:
    • Move keyboard and mouse to different USB ports.
    • Try different keyboard or mouse.
    • Restart computer, repeatedly.
    • Google for related issues.
    • Update Bios, because why not.
    • Create boot media and revert to windows 7.
The windows 10 system restore boot media works fine with keyboard and mouse. All USB ports work in windows 7. I don't know what is wrong. I suspect that windows 10 is lacking a driver of some sort, but since the computer accepts no input I have no way of checking for which driver let alone installing it.

Please help me figure this out. If I have to revert back to windows 7 again, I am not going to get it upgraded to windows 10. Thank you in advanced.

  4. Failed Upgrades to Windows 10 Enterprise

Upgrade to Windows 10 Enterprise, version 1511 10586 "Fails"

I've got a genuine full / complete Windows 10 Enterprise (x64) MAK Key that I used to do an upgrade w/ a Portuguese Windows 10 Pro 1511 - but it only does the built-in updates & no upgrades to build 1607 - even after a 12 hours time lapse as I find this
somewhat strange which only seems to operate just like the Windows 10 Enterprise 2015 LTSB does - when the related Windows 10 Enterprise OS is not contained w/in the Windows Insiders 24 languages listings!

    Wureset Windows 10.zip - fails when beta-tested w/ Windows 10 Enterprise (x64) 1511 under any clean installs w/out any anti-virus software

    - so now how do we do these Windows 10 Enterprise (x64) 1511 upgrades done w/ other locales to the new Windows 10 Enterprise 1607 builds or even later as any clean new 1607 OS installs even when using any of our Windows Insiders accounts under beta-tests!

But when I do this w/ any of the two dozen listed Windows 10 Insiders Enterprise previous builds those Windows Updates do then give the new install.esd build files which can be easily converted to an OS ISO et cetera , but this is not so w/ any of the Windows
10 Enterprise 1511 localizations which are not listed w/in any of those 24 language editions of the Windows Insiders, even though that I've got two Windows 10 Enterprise tablets as I find this somewhat strange!
