Windows 10: Failed windows 10 reset and restarting in endless loop of blue screen error

Hello, I tried to do a windows 10 "quality" update 7 days ago (the clock is ticking) and I got the "detected fatal error" on the blue screen. After a lot of digging, I was able to get into safe mode from the command prompt and get my files off. I have tried to just take off the latest update. After the process was almost finished, it failed. I tried to reset without losing my files. Same. I finally did a reset and deleted everything today and it got to something like 80% done today and à little screen popped up saying an error occurred, I needed to restart the computer and try again. Now I get an endless loop of "your computer ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're collecting data and we'll restart for you." I can not enter safe mode. I can not force it into the "recovery screen" (?) where you have the options to reset, advanced settings etc. It just keeps restarting over and over.

Can someone please advise me as to what I can do? Without stopping this endless loop, I don't know how to reset or reinstall anything. And when I can get there... I'm not sure if that will even work. What do you do when the computer refuses to re install windows? I've never had a problem like this before.

• Have you checked if the hard disk is set as first boot device in the BIOS?
• Which version of Windows is installed on the computer?
• What did the HP supported suggested you to fix the issue?

Windows 10 endless loop - Local Session Manager service failed

Hi

My PC rebooted in an endless loop,

I have a blue screen which says "The local session manager service failed the sign-in. The RPC server is unavailable".

Then the second screen informs me the pc will restart, once restarted it just attempts to log-in then loops again.

Is there a method to download a fix to usb and reinstall windows saving all my documents.?
