    Failed Windows Recovery.


    Hi

    I was having trouble with my windows password last week so I tried a windows recovery it got about halfway through but it failed and it told me no files were changed,the problem is now I am left with a 14GB $Windows.~BT folder on my c drive I have tried deleting it but to no success so I am wondering can this file be deleted or even though it failed do I still need it,i would like to delete it if possible as my c drive is only 244 GB any help appreciated.

    Windows 10 fails to update


    When you finish testing the Avast suggestion, make sure that you restart your machine.

    Then if the issue persists, please return to the trouble shooting list in post# 89

    I think there are three steps that remain; the WU troubleshooter, reset WU components, and manual WU reset.

    Data Recovery for Mac (OSX Capitan) ?

    Anybody knows of a good data recovery software for mac? Preferably free?

    I use Active@ Data Recovery for Windows, but honestly no idea what to use for Mac OSX.

    Any suggestions?
